Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Packaging

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand over the sealed parcel to our logistics partner at your doorstep.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
